Hypnotherapy can transform your life

Hypnosis is a state of mind that is open to transformation and change. Hypnotherapy can be used to change habits, thoughts, feelings, and even physiological responses by accessing the unconscious mind and the hidden blocks you have hidden in your unconscious mind.

Hypnosis is a natural state of being that we experience in everyday life, such as during daydreaming, meditation, intense concentration, and when entering the sleep mode. During hypnotherapy you are totally conscious and aware of what is happening around you.

The human brain is aware of only 12% of its capability, the rest 88% is unconscious, which is where habits and hidden blocks are.
Hypnotherapy helps access this 88% of the unconscious mind and fixes any blocks or bad habits involved.

Sound Bath Healing

During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from a normal waking state (beta) to a relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing becomes deeper.  It is in this state that deep healing at mental, emotional, and physical levels can occur.

Sound Baths help manage anxiety, soothes the nervous system, and blocks all ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body. It also helps with:

  • Break mental blocks
  • Feeling calmer/less stressed
  • Muscles feel looser
  • A greater sense of relaxation
  • Pain relief
  • The ability to sleep better
  • Improved mood
  • Better body awareness/being more in tune with your bod

Herbal Therapy

Herbal medicine has its origins in ancient cultures. It involves the medicinal use of plants to treat disease and enhance general health and wellbeing.

It aims to return the body to a state of natural balance so that it can heal itself. Different herbs act on different systems of the body, and are made from either roots, stems, leaves, flowers, or seeds of plants.

Herbal supplements come in all forms: dried, chopped, powdered, capsule, or liquid, and can be used in various ways.

Movement therapy

Movement therapy involves mindful movement-based practices used to treat the mind, body, and spirit concurrently.

It is a psychotherapeutic intervention that works by unifying and coordinating the sensorial, physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects and encourages expression, while letting go of negative blockages in the body.

It also decreases fear avoidance and empowers individuals to take a proactive role in their own mental health and wellness.
